It was a beautiful fall day as we set out for a short hike and then lunch (for some) at the Village Pizza. Along the way we got some good views of the Sandia Mountains across the Rio Grande. We spotted cranes on the wing and in an orchard near our return point. Unfortunately the cranes were to far away for pictures.
